With one hour to go, the new owner of Restaurant 15, Charles Kelly, was rushing this afternoon to reopen the Echo Park Avenue bistro and bar by 5 p.m. The six-day restaurant makeover started on Sunday and it's been non-stop ever since. Looks like Kelly is going to make it. But he should probably change clothes and take a drink before the first customer arrives. Good luck.
