  • More trouble at an Echo Park corner *

    Friday, May 22, 2009

Police have focused attention on a recent increase in crime reported near the corner of Echo Park Avenue and Duane Street, which is considered the last public hang out for ExP gang. There was more trouble at Echo Park and Duane Thursday but this time it was mural related. Photos emailed to The Eastsider show that a new Shepard Fairey-inspired mural on the side of the Echo Park Cycles shop was defaced within hours after it was being installed.
