The hub of Highland Park

The convergence of Aldama, Avenue 57 and Hub streets in Highland Park creates a tiny triangular island that is home to this single 1922 cottage . What’s it like to own an entire block – even when it’s only less than 2,000-square-feet? Hard to say since the owner of the tidy 500-square-foot home was not around when The Eastsider came knocking. The occupants probably already get enough attention surrounded by streets on all sides of their property.
