Department of Water and Power crews were completing repairs this afternoon at the site of the most recent water main break, this one on North Park View Street near Council Street in Historic Filipinotown. The water main burst shortly before 1 a.m., according to LA Now. A five-foot section of the damaged pipe was removed and water service had been restored, said workers on the site.
