An Echo Park resident spotted this Spanish-language version of a traffic safety poster – featuring a sharrow symbol – slapped on a traffic signal box at the corner of Santa Ynez Street and Glendale Boulevard. “I’m assuming it’s because of all the recent hit n runs involving bikers recently,” said the photographer. Anyone know who is behind the guerrilla bike-safety posters?
