East Los Angeles natives and brothers David Botello and Paul Botello emerged in the 1970s as among the most prominent and prolific of Eastside muralists. David’s sons, Benjamin and Joseph, have now followed their father and their uncle into the world of mural art. On Saturday, all four artists will exhibit their work together for the first time in “2G/4B Two Generations/Four Brothers” at Avenue 50 Studio in Highland Park.  Mural fans can stop by the opening of the Botello show as they visit other art spaces during Northeast L.A.’s Second Saturday Gallery Night. Also on Saturday, the Echo Park Library will hold a book sale and the Alta Lofts in Lincoln Heights will hold a holiday food drive. On Sunday, the Echo Park Historical Society* holds its historic home tour featuring eco-friendly properties. Meanwhile, the Silver Lake MOMs will hold a forum on neighborhood preschools. More to do in Save the Date.
