Scott Fajack of Echo Park snapped a photo of a lonely set of monkey bars in Elysian Park last weekend only to discover ghostly number “13″s hovering over the image when he developed the film. How did the “13″s get there? It wasn’t the work of Recreation and Parks or Photoshop. Fajack explains:
“120 film is backed with paper, which has three different sequences of number corresponding to the size image you happen to be shooting. With the backlit photo and the nature of the cheap plastic camera, you get … 13!”
