The Eastsider reported on in June, did not sit on the market for very long given its lofty price. Single-family home sales exceeding $1 million are  rare in Angeleno Heights and Echo Park, where the last million-dollar property sale took place in May 2010 – but that was for two houses on a lot.  Click on the map to find out what other homes sold for a million dollars and more in the 90026 Zip Code during the past three years, according to Redfin.
