Found a dog this morning at Echo Park Ave. and Baxter St. Green collar, no tags- white scruffy male. Had two snaggle-teeth hanging outside its mouth. A bit matted but otherwise super friendly and seems like it was once well taken care of. Seems to be a Maltese mix, or something similar. good that you found him: Tuesday morning a dog got out of a yard on Baxter and ripped a little dog to shreds while the owner was holding it on this exact block.
Dog has been reunited with the Owmer.
