Suspect arrested in Highland Park shooting

Police today arrested  an alleged gang member in connection with the shooting of a 21-year-old Highland Park man on Tuesday afternoon. Councilman Garcetti emerges as the $2 million man

Councilman Eric Garcetti of Silver Lake has so far raised more than $2 million for his mayoral campaign. L.A.
