Hey, you have a link to the 1934 advert? Lived in the 3600 block of Effie from the mid-’80s to the early ’90s, in an unfurnished three bedroom servants’ quarters above a garage, w/ broken, never-repaired windows & no heat for the seven yrs. I was there. And only $600/mo. !
No fog that I remember ‘though.
