Summer bursts into bloom in an East L.A. garden

Photos by Aurelio Jose Barrera

After planting a row of sunflower seeds in late March, photographer Aurelio Jose Barrera enjoyed the results this week when the flowers began blooming in his East Los Angeles garden.  While Barrera enjoyed in the colors, the bees enjoyed  the pollen.
