Bus loads of art lovers wound their way through the streets of Highland Park, Mt. Washington and other Northeast L.A. communities on Sunday during the 20th annual Arroyo Arts Collective’s Discovery Tour. The tour provided an opportunity to explore the area’s art scene, meet with artists and peek into studios tucked into bedrooms, basements and garages.
