  3. Re the $850,000 house for sale — they might be listing it for that, but that doesn’t make it worth that much. Zillow says even with its five bedrooms, its not worth anything even near that, is only worth $656,071.

    Chances are this is what real estate agents call a “setup house,” where they intentionally seriously overprice a listing to point to when trying to sell other homes in the area, to scare buyers into thinking a high price on the others is cheap.
