Found: Black and white terrier from Elysian Heights

get_imageSubmitted by C. Peters

He was found on 1/26 in Elysian Heights / Echo Park area.  He had been wandering the Park and the streets around Elysian Heights. He’s at the North Central Shelter, which  is about to get slammed with dogs from South LA which is moving to a new location, and NOC will be overcrowded this weekend and dogs at risk who have been there since Nov will get bumped. He’s available to be adopted Friday!

  1. I think that he has a owner who lets him out to roam. I have been seeing him cruising around for almost two weeks. It’s a shame, he’s really sweet. I hope that he gets a good home!
