Missing Louie in Los Feliz. Black and white tuxedo cat missing since the beginning of the storm December 14th off of Rodney Drive between Hollywood Blvd. and Prospect. Louie is mainly black with a white chin, chest, whiskers and left back paw. He has green eyes and the most salient aspect- a WEIRD, SHORT, TWISTY TAIL. He is very friendly.
