L.A. Now reports that one man was fatally shot Sunday night during an argument at an El Sereno taco truck parked in the 5100 block of Huntington Drive. The victim was identified as 27-year-old Angel Serna Mancilla, who was shot multiple times. More details at L.A. Now.
