I found this sweet but frightened female dog roaming Waterloo St. near Glendale Blvd. in Silver Lake this afternoon [Feb. 14]around 3:30. She has a collar but no tags or chip. She’s now at the North Central Animal Shelter (3201 Lacy St., 213-485-5767) claim no. 1373016.
