Can you making a living selling gasoline and Lotto tickets?

Here’s your chance to find out. The busy Arco AM/PM station at the corner of Eagle Rock and York boulevards is up for sale, according to LoopNet.   The sales price includes the corner lot and the station, which pumps 150,000 gallons of gas a month.  In addition, the AM/PM store generates $60,000 a month in gross sales plus $16,000 from Lotto tickets. Also, don’t forget a cut of ATM fees.

But if you have visions of becoming an Eagle Rock gas station owner, you probably would need a big Lotto jackpot to make your dream come true. The asking price for the business and property is $2.35 million.
