City Council offers $50,000 reward in Silver Lake murder

The Los Angeles City Council voted unanimously today to offer a $50,000 reward in connection with the unsolved murder of Joseph Gatto, who was fatally shot in his Silver Lake home last November, reports L.A. Now.

Police released a rendering of a possible suspect a few days after the Nov. 12 slaying of Gatto, the father of  State Assemblyman Mike Gatto. The same man was also a suspect in a separate assault near the victim’s Silver Lake home.  But no suspects have been apprehended in the case.
