We aim to answer the eternal question as we take a look at what $350k can buy you in East L.A. While the modest budget will find you several homes to be sure, don’t’ expect a lot of space.

East L.A., homes for sale, real estate

6406 East Olympic Blvd, $325,000, 2bd

This two-bedroom home on a lush property does tout an extra room for flex space should you find yourself feeling cramped.

East L.A., homes for sale, real estate

6175 Gloucester St, $329,000, 2bd

Large-bedrooms and a backyard patio space provide great bones on a limited budget.

East L.A., homes for sale, real estate

5852 Hereford Dr, $339,900, 2bd

A sun-room in need of TLC could help lend some much needed square footage to this two-bedroom home.
