- Silver Lake is welcoming bartender extraordinaire, Matthew Biancaniello, back to Cliff’s Edge, reports LA Weekly. Biancaniello will host a Wednesday night cocktail pop up with drinks featuring his home-grown and local ingredients.
- LA Weekly also notes that Glassell Park and some of its Eastside neighbors (Los Feliz, Echo Park, and Silver Lake) now have a new Chinese food delivery option. Ordering, however, is a bit like a culinary game of Russian Roulette. The catch with Secret Chinese Delivery is that you will have no idea where your food comes from, or who’s cooking it.
- H Coffee House is a homey craftsman cafe and juice shop which opened earlier this week in Los Feliz. The new cafe is likely to be a thorn in the side of nearby Alcove, says Eater LA. Intelligentsia coffee, Verve espresso, juices, and pastries help round out the establishment’s menu.
