Storm’s gone but cleanup remains

ECHO PARK —  The storm that dropped 1.70 inches of rain Downtown this morning flooded streets and freeways, knocked out power and snapped countless tree limbs, including this large branch that fell on to Lemoyne Street next to Logan Street School.   The branch and debris continued to block the street late this afternoon.
