  • Residents demanded justice as they held a  procession and candle light vigil  for the two women found dead last week in Debs Park in the Rose Hills section of El Sereno. ABC7

  1. I’m presuming that the mixed use development will be on the land left vacant by the Ford dealership? Sounds like a great idea, that lot has been empty 8+ years. Bring it on.

  2. It’s definitely big. However, it’s on Hollywood Boulevard, walking distance from a red line station and other transit as well as grocery stores, restaurants and other amenities. I imagine a lot of people working at the nearby hospitals will choose to live here. In other words, it’s very much the appropriate location for this building. The BANANAs shouldn’t be able to derail this.
