Highland Park Bowl is gearing up for prime-time, reports Eater LA. Restoration of the 1927 building began months ago and the final results revealed the architectural details that were coated with layers of paint and were long-forgotten until now.
Its unveiling this week was a soft one, with a preview party for VIPs and media earlier in the week and a limited bar menu for folks wanting to check out the new venue on Wednesday and Thursday.
Come Friday, April 29 at 5 p.m., however, HPB will be in full force with signature drinks, Italian fare and bowling prices ranging from $40 to $60 per hour for a group of six. In the future, expect a listening room area named Mr. T’s Room and a microbrewery. Highland Park Bowl is located in the 5600 block of N. Figueroa in Highland Park.
