Eastside Weekend: Lotus Festival; ‘Frisco Kid’ at the Autry; ‘Faceless’ photography in Highland Park

This weekend’s  Echo Park Lotus Festival spotlights Korea as part of an annual celebration of Asian and Pacific Asian cultures. In the Autry Museum’s ongoing series on the wide range of movies that can be considered Westerns: A Polish rabbi (Gene Wilder) befriends a bank robber (Harrison Ford) in “The Frisco Kid.” In Highland Park, a photography exhibit called “Faceless” explores how we respond to, interact with and feel about someone whose expressions we cannot quite see or define.
