Prices on more than 30 homes, condos, apartments and other Eastside properties dropped during the past week. Here are some examples, followed by a breakdown by neighborhood:
- Echo Park: Remember that Echo Park house that partially collapsed last September? It’s part of a three-unit property that has been reduced in price by $300,000. The house is said to be “in need of major repair.” $650,000.
- Highland Park: $30,000 cut for a 3-bedroom craftsman bungalow near San Pascual Elementary School and San Pascual Park. $699,000.
- Lincoln Heights: Price reduced by nearly $40,000 for two separate units on a lot – a 2-bedroom (which currently has tenants) and a 3-bedroom. $659,500.
