MOrning Report

  • While a proposal to legalize street vendors in the City of Los Angeles is making progress, there are no such plans to do so in neighboring East Los Angeles and other portions of unincorporated Los Angeles County. Food vendors can currently apply for county permits to avoid citations but are limited to private property – not public sidewalks and streets.  KPCC
