- Members of LADWP’s largest union would receive six raises within five years under a proposal backed by Mayor Eric Garcetti. The raises — which could total more than 22% — are designed in part to retain linemen and other workers who have been leaving the agency for higher paying jobs at other utilities, says LADWP.
