Public asked to help find Boyle Heights murder suspect

Victim was found near State and Bailey streets

BOYLE HEIGHTS —  Police today asked the public for help in connection with the fatal shooting of a 21-year-old man on Saturday night.

Police said they have no description of the suspect who shot and killed Jairo Rolando Recinos, who was found inside a pick-up truck stopped on the roadway near Bailey and N. State streets.  Recinos, who had sustained gunshot wounds, was declared dead at the scene. (Police had initially said the victim was 35-years-old based on preliminary information).
