East L.A. shooting leaves one dead, one injured on Floral Drive

EAST LOS ANGELES — One man is dead and another wounded following an early morning shooting in the 4100 block of Floral Drive, said the L.A. Sheriff’s Department.

Authorities responding to a call of a shooting at 2:11 am found two adult Latinos had been shot at least once in the upper torso. Both victims were transported to a hospital, where one was pronounced dead and the other is in  unknown condition, according to an LASD statement issued this morning.

The suspects are described as two male Latino adults, last seen driving in an unknown vehicle westbound away from the location.

  1. Have they identified the victims? I lived on that street for a lot of years, watched a lot of kids grow up there. Concerned , thank you
