Crash: A lawsuit has been filed over the deadly crash involving an L.A. Sheriff’s Department patrol vehicle that fatally struck two young brothers in East Los Angeles in November. The father of the boys is suing the county for negligence and wrongful death, claiming the rookie deputy behind the wheel “was violating all industry standards for the safe driving of emergency vehicles.” My News L.A.
