Eastsider Survey: How will legal pot change the Eastside?

Earlier this week The Eastsider reported on the first batch of Eastside stores and businesses that have received city permits to sell marijuana for recreational use and enjoyment. Expect more pot shops to open as they receive the necessary city and state permits and licenses.
