I found a bag of newly purchased items sitting on the side of the street last night around 9:00pm on Academy Road in Echo Park. It looks like whoever it belongs to put it on the ground and forgot to put it in the car. I was parking my car when I saw what I believe to be the owner drive away, but I couldn’t get to it in time to flag the car down. I have the receipt for the items with your name on it, please email me with the details (your name, contents, where the bag is from, etc.) and we can make arrangements for you to get your things. Please send email to b5x89-3003625406@comm.craigslist.org

I am a first time buyer looking for a condo in Los Feliz/Silver Lake area, and I was wondering if anyone had any trust worthy real estate agents they could recommend that work in the area. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
