Taco Fest says adios to Boyle Heights; Silver Lake’s The Kitchen and Sqirl Kitchen makes the lists; Eagle Rock Jollibee reopens

Boyle Heights is no longer home to the L.A. Taco Festival, Boyle Heights Beat reports. The free annual fundraiser for the nonprofit that helps homeless youth, Jóvenes, Inc., originally sprouted four years ago in and around Mariachi Plaza.
