The Echo will be installing fire alarms after a patron once again set off a false alarm that brought fire trucks rushing to the Echo Park nightclub on Sunday night … Councilman Eric Garcetti at a Los Angeles Current Affairs Forum luncheon said he still does not know if he will  run for mayor. But he is certain of his favorite dessert at Echo Park’s Delilah Bakery: banana cream pudding.
