  1. Hello Eastsider, It doesn’t say how it’s easier to report illegal dumping in the google doc, it just says the fine increased. Who do you call to report illegal dumping? My neighbors think the street is their personal garbage disposal. I’ve reported them in the past but nothing was ever done. Thanks, love your blog. Sanai

  3. Let me second that. Got the same issue, neighbors think the corner is their personal landfill and shopping cart depot. (of which can anyone explain how the hell Target and Wal Mart shopping carts make it this far???)
