Don’t get screwed on Park Drive this morning

An early morning walk along Park Drive near Elysian Park this morning revealed that the Echo Park street was littered with dry wall screws (pictured at right). The woman  who picked some of them up wanted to warn motorists to watch their tires if they travel down the street today. Her email said:

“Warning, it looks like someone strategically dropped screws all along Park Drive. It wasn’t a case of spilled load. These are just a few of the many I picked up as I went for my morning walk. Drivers beware.”

  1. Is this a response to the email and posts about the drivers speeding down Park Drive? I certainly hope not, as they could harm bikes and slow moving cars as well.
