Today’s tumultuous weather ended on a colorful note, with residents of Highland Park and Montecito Heights capturing images of rainbows and a silvery sunset.  In Highland Park, Nicole Possert photographed a rainbow arching over homes on Roselawn Place as well as over Chicken Boy on Figueroa Street (that’s him at the back of the parking lot in the second photo). Meanwhile, Martha Benedict took some scenic views from Montecito Heights.

Not to be left out, Diane Edwardson offers her double rainbow views from Silver Lake.
