  2. This is what I love about Los Angeles. There are always new and interesting places to discover. I live near Montecito but have never been there. Now I want to go. I will also be able to tell my friends who are house hunting about it. Thank you!

  3. This house is just up the street from Avenue 43 and Griffin. Sorry, but this area is still rough, in my opinion.
