Found: Black bunny in Echo Park

While the search is still underway for the owner of a white bunny in Angeleno Heights,  now an apparently lost blackrabbit – actually a dark chocolate brown on closer inspection- has turned up nearby in Echo Park.  Sasha from Echo Park has the details:

Wonder if someone is dumping bunnies around the hood? This one was found near the corner of Echo Park and Cerro Gordo, a bit further up the hill. He’s very friendly, obviously a pet. Could you post to help find his owner before I bring him to the pound?

If this is your bunny, send an email to smaglaya@yahoo.com

  1. before you bring the bunny to the pound can you let me know….I’ll take her/him and provide a good home.

  2. No, I want the bunny! Don’t take it to the pound. Give it to me.

  3. I used to live in Angelino Heights and I would see bunnies from time to time. A white one would visit my yard every once in a while.

I doubt anyone is “dumping bunnies”

  4. It looks like a chocolate Easter bunny. I want to eat him.

  5. Have you found the owner? The neighbor beside me at the top of Echo Park owns a black/brown bunny. I wonder if it could be their bunny. Let me know if you still have it. abigailsample@gmail.com

  6. The bunny has gone home! Hop hop hooray 🙂

And redteam, it was just a joke 😉
