Green – not gold – is the color of fall in Elysian Park

While the foliage in colder climates turns shades of orange, gold and red with the arrival of fall,  a carpet of bright green grass has sprouted across much of Elysian Park following last week’s rain storm.  Hope that green does not dry out during this week’s heat wave.
