Highland Park farmers’ market showcases performance and art as well as produce

Today’s Highland Park farmers’ markets features art and performance as well as fresh produce. The Arroyo Arts Collective returns for its second installment of Tossed Salad, a series of food-inspired performances, art installations and music.  “Visitors will be treated to vegetable themed  music by Artichoke and the Funky Beets, puppet shows, a mobile sewing center, wearable composting, vegetable printing, video work, a dance troupe and much more,” according to the Arroyo Arts Collective.
