Silver Lake nursery school holds “Gnome Zone” concert & fundraiser

Hilltop Nursery School, a more than 60-year-old Silver Lake cooperative preschool, will host an afternoon concert and fundraiser on Saturday, May 19 featuring a family-friendly musical line up, food crafts and “musical gnomes.” Organizer Kellie Lumb said that that the First Annual Gnome Zone will entertain kids as well as their parents:

“Groove to fantastic music and make art with your kids in an enchanted garden filled with musical gnomes, dancing fairies, flowers, fruits, and veggies. When spring hits L.A. we’re going to enjoy it with gnomish games, a gnome bounce house, food, art, crafts, prizes.”

The first annual Gnome Zone, which will be held at the Elysian Park Amphitheater, is free of charge. Click here for details.
