Large home burns in Los Feliz

mapA plume of thick smoke rose from the hills of Los Feliz this morning as a large three-level structure caught fire this morning. The fire and possible large explosion broke out in what is being described as either a home or small apartment building in the 4400 block of Dundee Avenue, according to several news reports.

* Update:  The fire had been knocked down by 8 a.m., according the L.A. Fire Department.  It took 45 minutes to put out the blaze. No injuries were reported.

  1. Is that house on Dundee Drive or Place? I am unaware of a Dundee St…. I was raised on the 4100 blk Dundee Drive. 4400 should be across Commonwealth from there. Too bad. Lovely area.
