Guests are invited to attend 3 complimentary workouts during this special event, but if you mention The Eastsider LA at the front desk, you’ll get the whole week for free! Classes are held Monday – Friday at 5:45 am, 7:00 am, 8:00 am and 9:00 am at 3347 N. San Fernando Road. Just go down the driveway to the back of the building for plenty of free parking and enter through the back door.

In addition to their fitness program, they also offer nutrition services, including a full 12-week program. Their philosophy is that a well-balanced diet is the foundation for a healthy lifestyle. Developed and run by a nutritionist, their nutrition services will show you how to nourish your body with simple whole foods and give you practical instructions for creating healthy habits that will last a lifetime.
