  1. How does a car build up enough speed on that stretch to flip over? That’s right around the time when the kids are arriving too.

You can’t see in the photos, but the Delevan Elementary parking lot has a buckled chain link fence. I noticed it about 2-3 weeks ago. Someone must have hit it hard from inside the parking lot. It’s next to the only entrance, so the driver must have come from inside the parking lot.

  2. people drive like douche bags

  3. Fallopia Simms

Cars drive too fast on these streets. ROAD DIET!!

  4. This is not Eagle Rock. This is Glassell Park. The Eastsider, right? You should know your neighborhoods then. Get it Right!

    • Delevan Elementary is an Eagle Rock school, the eastsider got the neighborhood right. I am just so thankful that no inocent bystander was injured.

  5. Much as I hate children, I try to slow down when I am driving by a school.

  6. I defy anyone to explain where the border between Glassell Park and Eagle Rock is.

    • Glassell Park is zip code 90065. Eagle Rock is 90041. Google it.

      • Actually, carol, parts of 90065 include Eagle Rock. A tiny sliver of 90042 is in Eagle Rock too, I believe. Check out the Eagle Rock Neighborhood Council district map. Zip code does not equal neighborhood.
