Story & Photos By Mike Daclan

HIGHLAND PARK  — If you only drive on Figueroa Street,  it’s easy to easy to miss the small, intimate moments that take place on the busy  street every day: two men sharing a laugh; a guy sitting in the shade waiting for a ride;  retro furniture given a new life; and a shattered school bus window.  These small moments make up the everyday. Here are some of the moments I captured on my camera on April 30.

  1. I just walked to South Pasadena from my home in Highland Park tonight via Figueroa and it is always a great street to people watch. I love Figueroa! Thanks for the photos!
