Three months ago, I began to think about my summer fitness goals and that “beach body” that we all dream to have, but hardly ever attain. I mean, more often than not our goals are unrealistic, and the gym can be a scary place.

Afraid of yet another gloomy summer, I worked up the courage to go to AAY! Boy, that was the best decision yet! The workouts are fun; the energy is contagious; the support is consistent; the inspiration is endless; the passion is always present. What I appreciate most is the motivation I get not only from the trainers, but also from the other members who are committed to their fitness goals and the program.

Each week, the dedicated founders, Nar and Elaine, incorporate a balance of cardio, strength training, and flexibility exercises to ensure that we receive the utmost benefits from each workout. These dynamic exercises are ever-changing which continuously pushes me out of my comfort zone. From an outsider’s perspective, sure, it seems strange, but the energy, enthusiasm, and power I feel after each workout makes me want more!

Sounds cliché but this program has helped me change my mind, body, and soul. My body has transformed. My mind tells me “I can.” And my soul, well, I am happier than I’ve ever been. This, I believe, is the reason the program is so effective, and the reason I will be a lifetime member.
