Lost in Montecito Heights: Dog scared by fireworks

My 7 year old Jindo/shiba-inu ran away on Sunday evening, after hearing fireworks.
She ran from the south side of Montecito Heights (by Happy Valley).

She’s friendly with people, and mostly friendly with other dogs.

If you think you saw her – please let me know, so I can start looking in that area.

Thank you!

  1. There have been booming fireworks going off for the past 2 weeks in Glassell Park. Starting at 7 until 11, there’s approx 1 an hour. They’re all coming from the same area near Division St. and Future st.

It’s wreaking havoc on the sanity of my family, making my dogs shake and pant uncontrollably, and wakes my kids up.

What can we as citizens and homeowners do about this?
